I selected Gyl Meloche to list my property after my previous broker was unable to sell or even bring prospects to see my Intracoastal Delray Beach home. The reason for giving Gyl the Listing was because of his online marketing expertise. He’s a millennial digital marketing superstar and while the bigger name Brokers say they do digital marketing they don’t really have the expertise that Gyl demonstrated. He’s the real deal and his efforts attracted prospects and sold my home before this crazy hot market. I’ve just recommended Gyl to my son as he was also great with showings and followup with prospects. I’ve listed properties with lots of brokers over the years and Gul is head and shoulders above the rest . You can’t go wrong listing with Gyl.
