Working with Alishia on a house purchase proved to me that she very much knows the business inside out. She was also quickly responded to any and all questions that I had, kept me well informed throughout the process, assisted me with pros and cons when making decisions, and because I was living out of state, got me in touch with others that were equally adept on insurance and mortgage brokerage services. All around, top notch, I tell ya! If I could give her 11 out of the maximum 10 stars, I would!

From the second I met Michele, I instantly knew she was a great fit for my husband and I. How you may ask? She adored my puppy and my sometimes reserved girl absolutely adored her right back. If you are a dog person, you know that’s all that needs to be said. If you aren’t a dog person, I’m sorry, but I’ll explain why I highly recommend her! I was a first time homebuyer and made contact with Michele after I sent a request to view a home. She replied within the hour, was friendly, and set up a showing two days later on our requested day. When we met at the home, after gushing over the formerly referenced puppy, she immediately put me at ease with her friendly personality and the expertise she displayed while touring the home. She pointed out the positives and negatives, which showed me that she was interested in us getting the right house for us rather than just pushing for the sale. After touring, she spent additional time getting to know us, what was important to us in a home, and even gave us valuable feedback on my long list of saved homes. She also recommended a local loan officer as we were still in the pre-approval, rate shopping process (spoiler: we went with her recommendation as we saved several thousand and the customer service was beyond excellent!) We found two additional homes we were interested in and, despite preparing to go on an important vacation, Michele worked with our schedule and made it a priority to get us in. Her level of expertise was again on display during the walk through on the first and by telling us to skip the walk through when we arrived at the second due to structural issues we would not have identified on our own. Based on our feelings and Michele’s assessment of the house we did view that day, we ended up putting in an offer which ended up being one of four. Thanks to Michele advocating for us and the advice she gave about the offer details themselves, we were chosen and went under contract. I will not bore you with every detail, like I have so far, but I will summarize by saying this ended up being such an easy process for us. I am pretty sure Michele knows just about everyone in the area, so we saved so much time as she was able to recommend the professionals needed for inspections and she even handled the scheduling for us. Before we knew it, we were signing the paperwork and we are now homeowners! Even after we’ve closed, Michele continues to lend her expertise, is just as attentive to any inquires we have had, and, thanks to her extensive network, our new home is beautifully painted! If everything I’ve written so far hasn’t convinced you or you are looking for the tldr at the bottom of my novel, I’m not only telling internet strangers to use Michele, but I’ve referred my own parents to her as well. That’s how much I truly believe she’s the best! Michele, thank you again for helping us attain our home and make it ours!

Michele went above and beyond for us. Everything was scheduled and explained so well that as first time homebuyers we were put at ease going through the process. Michele is probably the most real and down to earth agent in the business which is what drew us to her, she didn’t try to gloss over the weird or strange parts of houses we walked through but would joke and laugh with us about why in the world it was the way it was. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone wanting to buy or sell on the Oregon coast. She’s beyond fantastic!

Michele is extraordinarily good at her job. She's diligent; super quick to respond to questions and arrange showings and call other realtors with my questions; smart, accessible and generous with her time. And a delightful person.
