Hannah is quick, friendly and does her best. She always explained everything to me in an easy way and solved it perfectly. It may have been difficult in the home buying process. A top notch agent who is on it. We bought our retirement home in Laguna Niguel. We live outside of California and was in need of an agent that we could utterly rely on in the frenzy seller's market. Hannah's professional skills and experience played a major role throughout the entire process. In particular, she helped our offer (was not a top price) be accepted by the seller . Hannah's service did not merely end upon closing and she continuously provides her help until we move in to the house this summer. She is very responsive, courteous, polite, and friendly. She exceeded our expectation and recommend anyone who is looking for a great agent.

Hannah's exceptional!! She's extremely helpful throughout the journey and made us feel at ease and confident throughout! Especially helping us sold the house over holidays with the highest price in the neighborhood and close under 30 days. Hannah's always on top of her communications and made sure to keep us up to date. Absolutely recommend Hannah to anyone who'd want a smooth and amazing selling/buying experience!

We were kind of a first time home buyer, and Hannah was extremely helpful in guiding and explaining everything being there for us all the way even after we closed the escrow making sure we know what happens next. She was always prompt at replying our messages and calls. She even ordered a dinner delivery for us on a moving date. We were so grateful she did that since we could not cook (everything was in the boxes) or eat out due to the lock-down order.

If you are buying a home there is no reason for you not to work with Hannah. Plain and simple. As first time home buyers, we were really worried about how stressful the process could be. By the time we closed (within 2 weeks!), I could not believe how stress free and EASY everything was. Hannah was with us every step of the way and could not have provided a better experience. Not only is she clearly a master of her craft, her network of references and resources are also top notch. To reiterate, whether you have bought 10 homes, or you are thinking about your first, save yourself the time of searching for the right realtor because Hannah is truly the BEST. We cannot thank her enough for being such an incredible guide through this huge step in our lives.
