Hannah provided above and beyond support to me during my house hunting, buying and after the closing. As an out of state relocating buyer, she made it very easy for me to understand all the details about the house I was interested in, the community and local area. She did a FaceTime video showing of the house and even sent video of the streets leading to, and the community around the house. She coordinated additional services I wanted (a cleaner) and gave me all the information I needed to coordinate with local officials to get a building permit for a shed I wanted installed before I arrived. She even met the shed builders at the house to make sure everything was done as expected. She also collected mail and packages that were delivered before I arrived. Hannah’s customer care was amazing throughout the entire process; and well after her official job was done.
