Hannah has been my agent through several transactions. She is so knowledgeable. Very convenient to work with. I have nothing but great things to say about her. I hope I do not need her again we found my forever home, I hope! But there is no one else I'd call. Thank you Hannah for always taking care of me and my kiddo's!

Hannah provided above and beyond support to me during my house hunting, buying and after the closing. As an out of state relocating buyer, she made it very easy for me to understand all the details about the house I was interested in, the community and local area. She did a FaceTime video showing of the house and even sent video of the streets leading to, and the community around the house. She coordinated additional services I wanted (a cleaner) and gave me all the information I needed to coordinate with local officials to get a building permit for a shed I wanted installed before I arrived. I have worked with several real estate agents over the years. Hannah is by far the best! She helped us buy a home and now she is helping us sell an investment property. We have been impressed by her knowledge of all types of properties.

This is my fifth experience buying property, each time with a different realtor. Hannah and Victoria are hands down the absolute BEST....and believe me, I am a tough sell and hard to impress! From now on, should we pursue other properties, I will reach out to Hannah. Her communication is on point, she is a real "outside of the box" thinker and helped us around any issues that came up. She specializes in VA loans, but can handle it all! Trust her with all your property agent needs!! You won't regret it.

My journey to connect with Hannah and subsequently Victoria was an interesting one. With everything that is involved in purchasing a house and the context of my situation 10-months ago I could not have had a better experience. There was always good communication and relevant input to questions. Responses were timely and both had their own subtle ways of being transparent and honest during viewings and inspections. They never pushed, we’re patient and listened to my needs and wants as they changed in the hunting journey. If I could give a 1000 I would, Hanna and Victoria is our superheros, first I would like to state that we were looking for a home for over 4 years and went through a lot of Realtors and within months they found our home. They really did bent over backwards for us. There's no question that we would use their services again.

Both are excellent people to work with. Both are knowledgeable, very friendly, dependable, if they can't answer a question, they search whatever they need to get an answer. I would work with them again if the need arose. Excellent agents!!
