Heilla was, by far, the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She was incredibly patient in setting up remote showings for months, as I tried to find a new home prior to my cross country relocation. She shared tons of local knowledge about the areas I might be interested in and helped me prepare and submit several offers in tough market. When I finally found my home, she went above and beyond during the offer and negotiation process. While I was on the other side of the country for the entire process, Heilla handled everything, seamlessly, always providing clear and constant communication, information, and advice. I enthusiastically recommend Heilla as an agent. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
