Working with Jaci Lee was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected the process to be overwhelming, but Jaci made everything feel straightforward and manageable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient, taking the time to answer any questions I had and making sure I felt comfortable with each decision along the way. I'm currently in the process of moving from New York City to Fort Worth, Texas. In additional to the emotional implications and the logistical aspects of such a big move, I unfortunately was unable to fly to Texas to view properties in person prior to closing due to time and scheduling constraints which was initially quite stressful. Jaci went above and beyond to make sure I had a thorough understanding of each property I was interested in. She video chatted me from the properties I viewed and made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed in detail. What stood out most was how genuinely invested she was in helping me find the right home, not just making a sale. Jaci was not pushy or overbearing in the least; on the contrary, she answered questions thoroughly and was always available to help, but left the ball in my court for decisions which quickly built trust between us as I could tell that she genuinely wanted the best for me. She was honest, attentive, and always had my best interests in mind. Jaci's communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she kept everything moving smoothly from our first showing through closing. Thanks to Jaci, buying my condo was a stress-free and enjoyable experience. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cares about her clients, I cannot recommend Jaci enough. I look forward to keeping in touch with her and working with her again for a future property.

Jaci was beyond amazing. From start to finish, my home-buying experience should have ended in me giving up. The mortgage process was an absolute nightmare, and there were so many moments where I truly thought homeownership just wasn’t meant for me. I am a single mother of five, also caring for my retired mother. After my divorce and having to walk away from my previous home, I honestly believed that owning a home was no longer in the cards for me. At every turn in this process, it felt like something else was going wrong and that the deal wasn’t going to happen. If it had not been for Jaci, I would have quit. She stepped up as so much more than a realtor. She became a friend—someone who listened, let me cry, allowed me to vent my frustrations, and then gently pushed me to keep going when I felt defeated. When my loan was on the verge of falling apart, Jaci fought just as hard for me as if it were her own home on the line. She refused to let it fall through. Because of Jaci, I am now sitting in my dream home. I would not have chosen any other realtor, and I will never recommend anyone else.
