Working with Jaci Lee was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected the process to be overwhelming, but Jaci made everything feel straightforward and manageable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient, taking the time to answer any questions I had and making sure I felt comfortable with each decision along the way. I'm currently in the process of moving from New York City to Fort Worth, Texas. Jaci was beyond amazing. From start to finish, my home-buying experience should have ended in me giving up. The mortgage process was an absolute nightmare, and there were so many moments where I truly thought homeownership just wasn’t meant for me. I am a single mother of five, also caring for my retired mother. After my divorce and having to walk away from my previous home, I honestly believed that owning a home was no longer in the cards for me. At every turn in this process, it felt like something else was going wrong and that the deal wasn’t going to happen. If it had not been for Jaci, I would have quit.
