Jaci was beyond amazing. From start to finish, my home-buying experience should have ended in me giving up. The mortgage process was an absolute nightmare, and there were so many moments where I truly thought homeownership just wasn’t meant for me. I am a single mother of five, also caring for my retired mother. After my divorce and having to walk away from my previous home, I honestly believed that owning a home was no longer in the cards for me. At every turn in this process, it felt like something else was going wrong and that the deal wasn’t going to happen. If it had not been for Jaci, I would have quit.
