Working with Jake was terrific. He guided us through the purchase of a new home and selling our existing home. We are a 70 year old couple and this could have been extremely stressful but Jake's confident calmness helped to keep us focused. His decisions on pricing our home and what we should do and not do were right on. We are in our new home and closed on the other in 60 days. We're very happy thanks to Jake and appreciate everything he did.

Besides being a wonderful person Jake is what a professional should be. His confidence in what he suggests and does has a calming effect helping to minimize any stress. He also is very willing to listen and take other suggestions if offered. My wife and I bought a home and were able to sell our existing home in a day with his help. We made the right choice working with Jake we highly recommend him.
