Excellent communicator. Responded to all texts, emails and calls quickly. If he did not have the information about the property I was referencing, he researched and got back to me as soon as he was able to. I looked at quite a few properties and did not feel pressured to buy something quickly. James' attitude was that he wanted me to be happy with my purchase and not just "settle" for a place. James also was helpful with arranging for an inspector and providing instruction regarding the closing process. I felt that James was an excellent representative.

I met James over a year ago, put my search on hold, and when I reached out again he was responsive right away and so helpful through the whole process. This was new construction so some of the timelines were up in the air more than usual and James made sure to always connect to make sure I understood what was happening and that I was comfortable with the process. On top of that, he is just very nice, personable, and fun to work with. Definitely would recommend James to anyone and if I ever decide to move, I will call him again!

From the perspective of a first-time homebuyer, James was immensely helpful from start to finish of my search and buying process. James always carefully pointed out details to look out for and ask questions about, whether it was a topic in paperwork or a physical aspect within a home. However, the top reason I would recommend James to another prospective home buyer would have to be because of how available he makes himself throughout the week and day for any spur of the moment questions or comments I may have had.
