Working with James was extremely pleasant. He was knowledgeable, worked for the buyer's interest and was not pushy. We were complete beginners and were just getting ready to explore what homeownership looked like and meant. He was very patient navigating budgeting concerns, working with our preferred lender, repair concerns, and even neighborhood concerns. He even warned us against some initial preferences that now in hindsight would have been a money pit or just overall a very bad fit for our family. He came to walk with us to several properties, and connected us with trusted colleagues when he wasn't available. He worked after hours, and was always accessible even during our closing on New Years! We would recommend him for anyone who is venturing into the home buying process, he is a professional.
