Great guy, very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and personable -- was able to quickly hit it off with James Always looking out for client's best interests. Personally took us out to see the home we would eventually purchase, and followed up on all aspects and inquiries about it even beyond closing. This is the 1st time we purchased a house with Redfin and we look forward to working with James again in the future. James deserves "12" out of 10.
