For a couple of years now, I wanted to downsize my living space so in Oct 2025 I located a condo I wanted to purchase. I put my place up for sale to start the home buying/selling process. Long story short, that condo purchase did not work out so I pulled out of the deal and told myself I would wait until early the next year to try again. During the latter part of February of this year, I started to visit condos in the area for possible purchase. I went through Rocket for approval prior to me reaching out to a Redfin agent and asked Rocket to match me with an Agent which is how I connected with Jamie Smart. My home sold very quickly which is a testament to Jamie's work. The condo I was interested in was purchased by someone else. Because the sale was moving quickly, I decided to move into an apartment for the time being and would continue my condo search sometime mid next year. The entire process with Jamie worked so smoothly that I have been her cheerleader to others who are thinking of buying/selling a home.
