This review is long overdue, as we’ve already settled into our new home and living our best life. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, you know…the type who had no idea what they were looking for. We thought we wanted a big spacious house, then we wanted a remodeled one with less work, then we wanted a townhouse, and then we wanted a condo, but still would love a house. Jason went with us to what felt like 100 tours and he was always on time. He’s patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and sends us documents of the properties we’re interested within the day or next. He ended up helping us find a newly constructed, 3-bedroom detached condo that has a garage and a yard, at a very reasonable price. I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the listing. Jason drafted an offer by the end of that day and our offer was accepted the day after. We’re beyond impressed with how professional, helpful and personable Jason is and how smooth the entire process went. Jason isn’t your average pushy real estate agent, he worked with us at our pace, never pestered us on making an offer, yet somehow always managed to give us a nudge when we’d forgotten about the offer due date so we don’t miss out. We’d absolutely use Jason again if/when we buy or sell again!
