One of the great advantages of having Jayanta by your side is that he will just look at a property or review the property disclosures to identify any areas of concern and will immediately be able to opine on if you should skip that property or provide you a realistic estimate of time and money needed for any repairs or renovations to bring it up to your preferences. We were really fortunate to have him by our side. I consider him my big brother, a part of my family now and even after our “transaction” has been completed, I regularly reach out to him for suggestions/advice and surprisingly his responses are still as prompt as how they were when I first met him. As first time home buyers, we are very lucky to have Jayanta as our agent. He's very knowledgeable, resourceful. He always replied to my messages even it was late at night. He was very patient to answer all my questions as first time buyer. And most importantly, he has such good judgement on properties. Whenever we want to see a house, he was able to send us the disclosures and schedule the tour in a timely manner. At tours, he did not only show us around, but also pointed out the pros and cons of a place. Jayanta never pushed us to make decisions, but were able to help us grasp the opportunity to own a good property, like the one we end up buying. After we close, Jayanta offered us tons of good suggestions on renovating. There are so many agents in the Bay Area market, and yet so hard to find a good one who are responsible and truly care about you. So I would highly recommend Jayanta to any home buyers, but especially first time buyers!
