Jean was excellent from start to finish and guided us through the entire home buying process. Despite this being my first home purchase I had worked with a number of realtors in the past and I honestly think Jean has been the most prepared and resourceful of them all. She has the ability to simplify and explain a rather confusing process and always knew where to point us if we required additional information. Ultimately she helped us feel good about closing on a house through a process we largely conducted remotely - no small feat! Even after the purchase she has continued to check in, make us feel at home, and helped us connect with the right people to put our own twist on the house.
