Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He would stay as long as we needed to talk and explain the home buying process and details about the house. There would be times we would talk for 1.5 to 2 hours just teaching us about the process, and explaining to us things we should or should not be concerned about in the house we were looking at.
