Jennilee was a pleasure to work with. What I love about working with her was that she looked out for my best interest, instead of pressuring me in order to close a sale. For example, she does not recommend that I waive the financing contingency on a condo, whereas other agents have put pressure on me to waive all contingencies. She is thorough and dedicated, and she made the closing process so easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Jennilee was extremely helpful & responsive from the first email inquiry, through any scheduled time off she may have had to the final 'Thank you and Congratulations' that she provided while she was due to give birth. There should be no reservations about using Redfin over a traditional agency, especially when working with Jennilee. Appointments were easily setup, always on time, and with proper expectations set. There was no pushiness or pressure involved and we never felt rushed in making any decisions. Jennilee and Redfin also had zero issues working with my lender on VA type of loan and the few extra items that go along with it. I would definitely be looking into using Redfin when we eventually decide to sell and will use them again for the next purchase as well. Thanks!!!

Everyone at Redfin put in a great deal of effort finding me the right place; Jennilee helped the most, of course. I am a first time buyer and had a ton of questions; I realize, after having gone through it, that it would be difficult for any agent to get the buyer up to speed with the basics, answering all their questions and making them aware of current market situation, but Jennilee followed up promptly on all the question, all the timely events in making the 3 offers that I did. There are a number of resources, including the Redfin buyer's in-person classes, the seller's inspection website (can't remember the name) that I wasn't aware of and found them through Jennilee. Coming into the home buying process, many folks offered advice to my wife and I about the home buying process. Many of them said, "you may want to go with a traditional realtor" for a higher degree of service. Well... short of physically carrying us around on her back, I'm not sure what else Jennilee could have done to be more attentive, helpful, and responsive to us during this process. Every question was answered promptly, every detail managed meticulously, all while being pleasant, balanced, and patient.
