Jenny Mengis was fabulous! She showed me every house I asked to see when I came to Oregon from Texas. She was knowledgeable about everything including an older home with knobs! A true fixer upper. Jenny was fun to work with. She was helpful in helping me make 2 offers on 2 houses. I am very happy with the one that accepted my offer which Jenny crafted for me with seller buyback and a fair price in the local market. Every thing I needed, including bids from contractors, while I was in town for a day or two was set up for me. And,White Tiger flooring and Bella Paiting were exceptional and clean workers. Jenny was very nice and helpful. We didn't see her most of the time while on the hunt but she did well with our closing. An Associate, Darrin showed us most of the many homes and did a great job!

Jenny helped us purchase a new home. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She was never pushy just checked in with us and sent us properties to look at. She kept us informed during the process! Very easy to work with and we felt She really cared and listened to our needs. Very nice person!
