Jess was an absolutely amazing asset while searching for a house! As first time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn and felt very overwhelmed by the process. Jess spent so much time patiently explaining the process to us and all of the different options we had with making various types of offers. She was also extremely honest while touring houses and would point things out to us to make us aware of what we should be looking for.
