Jim jumped into a complicated sale in the middle of the pandemic and provided steady guidance and reassurance that led to a sale at our asking price. This was my first time working with Redfin and I was not really sure what to expect. What I got was a terrific experience working with Jim Talerico and his team. It was not only an informational experience; it was also an educational one. Jim not only took the time to let me know what the selling process entailed, he also offered very valuable advice along the way.
Jim was also instrumental in negotiating and dealing with any issues/concerns raised by the buyer’s agent. I can honestly say that if Jim were not heading up my seller's team, I am not sure if things would have turned out as positive as they have.

Jim and Redfin did not walk me thru the entire process. He did explain some things but left out others. He didnt take the time on how your app works for signing up showing times. I was left with figuring it out myself. Also, it took two weeks just to get pictures taken but was told it wouldnt take long. Thanks

We met Jim on our first tour with Redfin not knowing what to expect. He spent a good hour looking at the house with us, and explaining what Redfin was all about and answering all of our questions regarding buying and selling a house.
Soon after, we quickly moved into selling our current home and finding our new home.
