Jo-Ann held my hand through every step of a difficult closing. We looked at multiple houses together and was always responsive to calls and texts. She obviously cared about my family and did everything in her power to protect us from a threatening and hostile seller. She made multiple trips to the house for me prior to closing since I was downstate. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Jo-Ann was excellent as my realtor. Selling my condo was stressful. I couldn't list it right away because I had to hire people to renovate it. Jo-Ann was understanding and patient with me. When it was finally time to list it, Jo-Ann was there immediately to get it on the market. She was always available to answer my questions and ease my concerns throughout the process. This was the first time I ever sold a property. Jo-Ann carefully explained each step to me completely. The process went remarkably smoothly.
