The Harley-Verstraete Team assisted my husband and I through the purchase of our home. They were the listing agent and also represented us, as we found the property on Redfin and connected with Joanne during the open house. They navigated a very time sensitive negotiation due to moving interest rates and went above and beyond, personally driving paperwork to the seller to get wet signed in a timely manner so that we could keep our rate lock. They were incredibly professional, responsive and communicative every step of the way.
