We recently bought a house via Joe and the rest of the South Bay Redfin team. The team was always incredibly responsive, often getting us in to see houses the same day they came on the market. We particularly enjoyed seeing houses with Tanja, one of Joe's team members. She always noticed and pointed out details that helped us quickly decide if the property was a good fit, or not. Joe wrote up our offers and helped us negotiate the entire purchase and closing process, negotiating a few items back and forth with the sellers. We were doing a 1031 exchange and operating on a tight timeline, and I really appreciate the fact that once we had sold our first property and operating on a tight timeline, the Redfin team made it all happen within our time constraints. Nicely done South Bay team!

He worked at all hours to answer questions and make sure that our concerns were addressed. I had a fantastic experience working with Joe as my buyer agent. Joe is experienced, friendly, and excels at communication.
Joe was very efficient in both communication and execution. I met with Joe on a Thursday, gave him a list of properties on Friday, visited the properties on Saturday, submitted offers on Sunday. Soon after, I was in escrow by on Thursday, one week after we met.
One of my favorite aspects of working with Joe, was that he was prompt and clear in his communication. He responded back to me usually immediately. If not available at the time, he got back to me within the hour every single time.
Overall, I had one smooth experience with Joe. I would recommend him to anyone who's on the market buying or selling.
