Joe is amazing! He made what is supposed to be a really stressful process so easy. I really appreciated his perspective and guidance as I navigated the housing market. He never put any pressure on it and was helpful in figuring out what I wanted. When I found the place I now own, he was instrumental in making it happen! I also really liked his strong local network of people to work with for other parts, like mortgage lenders. Even my escrow provider said how fantastic Joe was in making it a smooth and easy process :) Will definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking for property in LA!!!
