He responds to queries almost inexplicably fast, is unceasingly patient and kind (never pushy), and very knowledgable about all things Massachusetts real estate. He helped me through a protracted and complicated deal and spent an extraordinary amount of time on it. It may not be John's issue, it may be more of the RedFin business tactic. It is promoted on the RedFin website that a Buyer may opt to not have his own real estate agent and save money for Seller, but in reality nobody can practically do that.

Service was fantastic during initial communications while living in my old house. Wife and I were moving from across country so we could not see the house in person until closing. Once arrived at the new area we did a walk through hours before closing and found many issues with the home that were not disclosed to us prior, or even were told something was in great condition, when it actually was not. Once we requested anything we were then ignored for a while before being told there was nothing that could be done. With nowhere left to live we were forced to close on a home with issues we were not aware of prior too moving and now must spend a lot of money out of pocket.
