We chose to work with a Redfin realtor based on a recommendation and promotion through Rocket Mortgage. Initially, we were assigned a different agent who happened to be out of the country for three weeks, which made the start of our home search quite frustrating. After some difficulty trying to make that arrangement work, our assigned realtor was switched to John. John was incredibly kind, down-to-earth, and accommodating. We genuinely enjoyed working with him and shared plenty of laughs along the way — even when we got lost a few times or dealt with an unexpected encounter with fleas in one of the homes we toured.
