The most hardworking, pleasant, energetic, and team member to have on our side. He has exceptional interpersonal skills and salesmanship. He will not stop unlocking any blocks to make sure your home is sold at the price agreed. We had no worries that he will sell our very ‘specialty house’….on the top of a steep hill with lots of stairs, narrow winding street, parking limitations, etc. Working with him felt like a member of our family is advocating for us. Thought it was great to see our home get sold, but sad that we will not be seeing him as often as we got accustomed. Thank you, John.

We were so pleased with our home buying experience with John. He was a total pro and kept things fun and not stressful. By the end of the home buying process, we were left feeling we could not trust or rely on John. Once we were in contract and contingencies were waived, John was noticeably less responsive to our questions and concerns. He notified us 75 minutes before our scheduled walkthrough that he was not able to make it, and thus, we were left to complete it on our own, as first time buyers, with essentially zero guidance. We have contacted John with questions about things we have found from the walkthrough and have not gotten responses for up to 3 days, and when we did get a response, some of our questions were not answered.
