John was very patient with this long escrow. He always follows through on all aspects of the deal. Couldn't ask that anyone would spend the amount of time he did showing my home. His integrity and ability is why I listed with him because I have purchased other properties through him and was very satisfied with his handling of those transactions and wouldn't consider using anyone else for properties in Kern County.

I could not have had a better sales agent. There was many hoops he had to go through as selling our two homes was not an easy task. He had to go through two escrows that took over 4 months each time. I know he ended up not making a lot of commission on the sale but John never complained and went well above the call of duty to help us finally get this homes sold. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their agent.

I highly recommend John Fugate. He is patient and professional. He will show you any home you want to see, and some on his list that you may like. He is extremely patient. I was trying to sell a home out of state, and when i thought we could look, the buyers backed out, and it took another month to find a buyer. John was there when I was ready. He really does look after your interest. He does not pressure you in anyway. If I was to buy a another home, I would go back to him.

Firstly John he is a great person. He was always professional and punctual. He listened to is and him being a Bakersfield native was a great plus he knew all the neighborhoods and ZIP codes where we could find what we were looking for. As first time home buyers l expected the feeling you get when you go to call dealership and it was world apart.
He always kept us updated to the things that were happening. He was very attentive didn't look like he was busy to go and meet another client. He didn't do the today thing of keep checking cellphone while talking to you. In short he was awesome.
