Jose listened to me when I told him what I was looking for and we found what I wanted. He was patient with me throughout the homebuying process. At one point, I was frustrated with my lender and I was ready to give up. He never put pressure on me to continue so we discussed my options for renting buying a home in the future. Despite delays in the process, he remained optimistic and offered solutions when problems arose. In the end, we closed on a property that is a really nice fit for me.

Jose was very patient in explaining to me the homebuying process and addressing my concerns. Thanks to him, I eventually found a chicago bungalow which we managed to obtain over 16K worth of closing cost assistance through seller credits and IDHA grants. He is well connected with an inspector, loan officer, and insurance agents and a great resource to have.
