Joe was extremely patient with us during this process. My husband and I had been discussing moving to NC for 6+ months, and then when it came time to buying a house things moved very quickly. We were on a huge time crunch to find a home that suited our wants and needs. We were moving from New England, and Joe was there every step of the way.
