Joseph is a hardworking young man, and we appreciate his contributions to our property transaction. However, he still needs to improve his business skills and treat all clients equally. He should be responsible for the interests of each client, and fight for their rights with reason instead of passively allowing malicious behavior from others while disregarding their feelings and thoughts. He made us feel that he wasn't considering things from our perspective; in other words, we seemed to be fighting alone without an agent! He missed three appointments during his time working for us. Twice he was sick, which is understandable. But the last time, he failed to schedule his time properly! The closing time was announced well in advance; why couldn't he arrange his time?
