He was there when i not only switched lenders, but came along for the ride when i changed my mind on the house i wanted to buy as well. The house i originally wanted to buy went under contract after my offer wasn't accepted so i put an offer in on another house. When i saw that my initial choice went back on the market shortly after, he helped me navigate that process to make sure as a first-time home buyer, i ended up in the home i wanted. Joseph was always responsive. If he didn't have the answer I needed, he went out of his way to find it. He talked to me between each step and made sure I was ready for the next. I had to extend my Closing, 3 times. Joseph maintained the communication and kept the whole process moving forward. I cannot thank Joseph enough for his diligence and patience.

Joseph helped us on the hunt to buy our first home. We met him at the very first house we looked at and immediately decided that we wanted him with us for the whole process. He always went above and beyond to make us feel confident in our decisions. He is extremely knowledgeable and overall just fun to be around. This guy can be unfathomably busy, yet he will make you feel like you're his only client. Whenever we decide to look for a new home, this is the guy I'm calling.

Joseph is a hardworking young man, and we appreciate his contributions to our property transaction. However, he still needs to improve his business skills and treat all clients equally. He should be responsible for the interests of each client, and fight for their rights with reason instead of passively allowing malicious behavior from others while disregarding their feelings and thoughts. He made us feel that he wasn't considering things from our perspective; in other words, we seemed to be fighting alone without an agent! He missed three appointments during his time working for us. Twice he was sick, which is understandable. But the last time, he failed to schedule his time properly! The closing time was announced well in advance; why couldn't he arrange his time? This was a neglect of us and extremely impolite! It also made us realize again that we were without an agent and didn't know who to turn to for help. This caused us to lose trust in him. These things are no longer important; our property transaction is now complete. Thank you for your cooperation.
