Hello, my name is Joshua Van Eck. I am a Realtor with Meagher & Tomlinson Company. I have been a Realtor for approximately five years. I am very hard-working, dedicated, and will work endlessly to assure my clients are in the perfect home. As a result from my hard work, dedication, and passion for the industry, I have been the number one ranked Realtor in my office for the last three years running. My service areas are Northern California, as far as the Bay Area. However, I primarily serve Butte, Glenn, Tehama, and Shasta Counties.
I am born and raised in Oakland, California and moved to Butte County where I received my Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Butte Community College. I have over a decade of law enforcement experience and as a result I have learned discipline, teamwork, and the importance of trust/honesty, and transparency.
