Josie represented us for purchasing a vacation condo. I was so very impressed with her. She 100 percent put us and our best interest first and was willing to play hard ball as needed. In other transactions we have had I have felt the realtors were only interested in getting the transaction closed and their commission fee. Josie never felt that way - I really recommend you use her!
