Buying a home is stressful. Buying a home in a state you’ve never lived in, after moving from Denver, while having absolutely no idea what you want? That’s a different category of stressful entirely. Juliana Montalvo handled all of it without breaking a sweat — and more importantly, without making us feel like the clueless out-of-towners that we absolutely were. We came to her with a wishlist that amounted to “something good, somewhere nice,” and she somehow turned that into an actual direction.
