We regret using Julie to purchase the home. We did not feel as if she had the buyers best interest throughout the process. We had to continuously remind her of the important time frame. We raised concerns about the closing time frame at the beginning and she brushed that off - but then the sellers couldn't meet the time frame so we needed an addendum to extend the close date. It was critical that the move in date was not pushed past May 30, but that wasn't included in the addendum and we had to remind her again of the this. It was disappointing after the discussions surrounding the move-in date that we had to remind her. She seemed nonchalant about it and kept saying "they will probably be out before then". Until we made it clear we would walk away from the deal unless the move in date... Show More
