As far as helping buyers, I have helped all types of buyers and especially love first time home buyers! Julie is super detail oriented, and her talents really shine when it came to the contract/negotiation part of the deal. She got me a house that 5 other people were vying for because of her great methods of contract writing and thinking outside the box. She suggested tweaks in my negotiations that no other agent would- she has many years of experience and sometimes it felt like working with a lawyer. I highly recommend her.
