Julie was the best! She totally got what I was looking for, found it fast, and was absolutely there for me whenever we hit a speed bump. And there were some--not only was this was new construction (translation: count on delays) but it happened during one of the rainiest winters ever in sunny San Diego. Julie stepped in each time, helping to manage the process and keep a grip on reality--and she cheered as loudly as I did when we did the final walk-through. Well, almost as loudly! I'd recommend her to anyone who wants a total pro who's also super nice, on top of the market, has seen it all, catches critical details, AND loves her job and her clients.
