Julie is a very responsible and professional realtor. We searched on the market for months before finding a house that we loved, but Julie didn't push us to make the decision to purchase. At every step, she made sure to ask if this house was the one we really preferred. In the week from the home offer to the inspection and appraisal, she took care of all our interests and made sure things went smoothly. Even after closing, she let us know that she could still help us resolve a remaining issue with the seller. We really appreciate all her help, and would definitely want to refer her to a friend.
At the same time, we would like to thank Marcy for patiently bringing us to see so many homes. Once, she brought us to see a house at our requested time very late in the evening, and drove all the way over from Charlotte to Kannapolis to do so. She gave us much useful information and needed advice.

Julie and her team did a great job helping us relocating from the bay area in California to Charlotte, NC. Julie and I had been in contact before we moved to Charlotte. Upon our arrival, she and her team members started showing us houses immediately. Julie is not hesitant to talk you out of buying a house if she thinks the house is not good for resale. Because of that we were able to avoid some money pit or houses that would sit on the market for a long time. Julie and her team are great and Redfin's rebate offer and service-oriented business model are hard to beat!
