Julie is a very responsible and professional realtor. We searched on the market for months before finding a house that we loved, but Julie didn't push us to make the decision to purchase. At every step, she made sure to ask if this house was the one we really preferred. In the week from the home offer to the inspection and appraisal, she took care of all our interests and made sure things went smoothly. Even after closing, she let us know that she could still help us resolve a remaining issue with the seller. We really appreciate all her help, and would definitely want to refer her to a friend. Julie and her team did a great job helping us relocating from the bay area in California to Charlotte, NC. Julie and I had been in contact before we moved to Charlotte. Upon our arrival, she and her team members started showing us houses immediately. Julie is not hesitant to talk you out of buying a house if she thinks the house is not good for resale. Because of that we were able to avoid some money pit or houses that would sit on the market for a long time. Julie and her team are great and Redfin's rebate offer and service-oriented business model are hard to beat!

We relocated from NJ to NC and that of course was a very stressful process as most home purchases are. Julie was our guiding light through the entire process and made our family feel very comfortable with buying our new home. She went as far as pre-qualifying homes for us and face timing tours before we flew down to see them. She and her team showed us several homes, helped with home inspections, area info, and the home buying process. She also went above and beyond when we needed help. Julie has garnered our business as long as she is in this business and Redfin has also won a customer for life. We cannot thank her enough!

I want to give Julie a rating even higher than 10!
Julie went above and beyond to arrange showings and get property insights during our 'shopping' phase. We were able to pack a lot of houses into just two days of looking, allowing us to make a decision quickly and easily. Being from out of town, limiting our trips back and forth was a huge help.
After going under contract, Julie didn't stop there. She was persistent with the sellers and remained in constant contact with us about every detail. Even at the end, when some problems arose, Julie was able to keep everything together and get us everything we needed.
I have no doubt that we would recommend Julie to anyone. If we end up selling or buying again in Charlotte we will definitely work with Julie again!
