Karen Anderson started her career in real estate in 1997 working for an independent broker before joining Security First Financial, managing their real estate division. She and her team, The Prestige Team, joined Keller Williams – L.A. Harbor in 2007.

That was how all transactions should go. Simply put, Karen and her team made it easy. We agreed on a plan and they took it from there, keeping me informed and bringing me in for critical decisions. Karen Anderson assessed the condominium condition to make it ready for sale She determined what repairs were required for the sale of the condominium. She executed the agreed to assessment and recommended changes / modification, to prepare the property for, what we saw as, an increased value and best Return On our Investment property. (ROI) She has a selection of skilled contractors and select vendors that she works with for each type of repair / upgrade, acquiring necessary appliances to create a beautiful, gracious and comfortable home vision. After the repairs and upgrades were completed, Karen strategically placed furniture, suitable for the environment; taking full advantage of the qualities, and amenities the condominium had to offer. All of the prep work was completed, and she listed the property, Karen immediately started receiving offers, above the listed price. An offer is not just a number; there are contingencies and terms put into the sales contracts by the buyers. Karen was very good at detailing all this information. Karen compared the offers, kept us well informed all through the sale process, and helped us make a decision to pick the best and highest offer. Karen and her professional network of experts perform exceeding well in all of the aspects of real-estate marketing; sale process, escrow companies, title companies, exchange companies etc. We trust her years of experience in all aspects of the real-estate business, property sales, management, purchases, investments, vacation rentals, etc., and will request her expertise again in the future.

For the quality and professionalism, Karen and her team are top! I especially appreciate that she works diligently and doesn't cut corners to ensure a quick sale but at the highest return.
