(ROI) She has a selection of skilled contractors and select vendors that she works with for each type of repair / upgrade, acquiring necessary appliances to create a beautiful, gracious and comfortable home vision. After the repairs and upgrades were completed, Karen strategically placed furniture, suitable for the environment; taking full advantage of the qualities, and amenities the condominium had to offer. All of the prep work was completed, and she listed the property, Karen immediately started receiving offers, above the listed price. An offer is not just a number; there are contingencies and terms put into the sales contracts by the buyers. Karen was very good at detailing all this information. Karen compared the offers, kept us well informed all through the sale process, and helped us make a decision to pick the best and highest offer.
