As a first time homebuyer I needed an agent with a lot of experience and patience who could walk me through the process step-by-step and advocate for me when it came to negotiating contracts. Karen definitely fit the bill and was a pleasure to work with. She was always patient, responsive and available. She’s been in the business for a long time and it shows. Having someone with her level of experience and know how was invaluable throughout the process and as a first time buyer I needed a lot of coaching. She was very generous with her time and knowledge. She never pressured me and was always patient and understanding, and we looked at a lot of homes! When it came to negotiating contracts she really went to bat for me and helped me get the best deal possible on the property I eventually bought. I highly recommend Karen. She’s someone you will definitely be happy to have in your court.
