As a first time homebuyer I needed an agent with a lot of experience and patience who could walk me through the process step-by-step and advocate for me when it came to negotiating contracts. Karen definitely fit the bill and was a pleasure to work with. She was always patient, responsive and available. She’s been in the business for a long time and it shows. Karen was a fantastic agent. She was very enthusiastic and easy to work/communicate with. She was able to provide me with ample resources to facilitate my purchase, such as home inspectors and contractors to help me price out repairs. Since we were purchasing this home from out of state and did not know much about the area, this significantly reduced the complexity and stress, which we greatly appreciated. I also loved how Karen was able to accommodate my work schedule and answer questions at all hours throughout the night and day. Our Redfin closing agent Taylor also did a fantastic job and was extremely prompt with answering my emails and addressing my concerns. Overall this was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend this team to my colleagues.
