I never see him until closing, I was talking on the phone. I was a home seller but he was acting like buyer agent. Definitely he is trying to sell quick but lower price.

Kari was great to work with during this process. As a new homeowner I had lot of questions and she was right there (6 months) from the beginning to answers them all. Even though it is not necessary to have an agent with a new build, I found it comforting to have her there to support us and clarify the legal jargon.
