I never see him until closing, I was talking on the phone. I was a home seller but he was acting like buyer agent. Definitely he is trying to sell quick but lower price.

Kari was great to work with during this process. As a new homeowner I had lot of questions and she was right there (6 months) from the beginning to answers them all. Even though it is not necessary to have an agent with a new build, I found it comforting to have her there to support us and clarify the legal jargon. Kari is fantastic, and we were fortunate to have gotten to work with her. As a good realtor should be, she is extremely knowledgeable about the Austin market and the home-buying process, but she also knows a great deal about more obscure things like costs involved for specific repairs, what to look out for in homes built in various decades, and more. Kari was our secret weapon every time we toured a home. Even when we visited homes that weren't "the one", we learned a lot from her. We particularly liked that she was _our_ advocate. Kari was great in every aspect. She is an excellent real estate advisor. We would recommend her to anyone that wants to purchase a home. Another real estate company told us to use the Redfin site to search for a home because it was more accurate than any other site. We did that and found a home, but couldn't get in touch with the seller agent so we asked that Redfin assign an agent. Within 2 hours Kari contacted us and met us that day at the home. That began our relationship with Kari. She helped us through our search and our entire purchasing experience. Kari is very knowledgeable, provides excellent customer service, and is a great person. We are very glad that we had her representing us.
