We were extremely unsatisfied with Kathleen's performance. Kathleen represented us with a sale and then a purchase of a new build property. Things started off well but soon got bumpy. When she found out we were building a property, she was very interested in representing us as she stood to receive commission from our new home price in addition to her sale commission. We got an offer on our sale property about 7-8 days in which was great, but then unfortunately fell through on the last day of due diligence due to buyer having a change of heart. She approached us and stated "the buyers are having second thoughts and thinking about terminating their agreement.... and they are actually terminating their agreement". This was with little warning whatsoever that the deal was in major jeopardy.... Show More
