My Story - Married for 32 years with 3 great kids. My family moved to Arizona in 2005 for a more affordable way of life and to obtain a great education for our children.
We bought a home from a pushy agent that was only looking to line their pockets. We were convinced that we could afford this home even though we were not employed. When we did get employment, it was 50% of what we made in our previous state. With the balloon loan we were approved for it became unaffordable and we lost the home to Foreclosure.
Our unfortunate experience made me hungry for knowledge. I wanted to make sure that this didn't happen to anyone else and wanted to learn how to make better Real Estate decisions and to help other people make their best Real Estate decisions.
