I was looking for someone who is quick and to the point, with years of experiences on their side. Kevin was nothing but exceptional since the beginning. From the moment he introduced himself he already gave good advices. I prefer to text throughout the whole process (as I have work during the day) and he has no problem with that. I am a new home buyer and he had gently guided me through my mild to moderate panic moments, and remind me to do things at the right time. He also communicates to the other parties well and not afraid to text/call the sellers as we were viewing them in the moment if I have any questions. He is in the industry for so long, he has connection to lenders and inspectors that he is able to kindly suggested (but did not push them on me). It was truly a pleasure to work with Kevin and I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor.
