About Kim
I'm on your side. Trust is very important and I treat every transaction as though I am representing myself. I feel this way because I truly believe that I am and this is the value I bring to every client and every transaction that I'm involved in.
I am with you through the entire process and will hold your hand as much as you need or as little as you want as we take this journey together. I understand what a huge milestone buying or selling real estate is, whether it's your first home, an investment property, or a forever home. Real estate is one of the single most important financial decisions a person will make in their lifetime and I understand how crucial it is to have someone look out for your best interest always.
My focus has always been on building strong, long-lasting friendships with my clients. I put our relationship before anything else. It is important for me to be transparent, communicate, walkthrough details, and most importantly to listen to you. I can proudly say I have been able to enjoy repeat business and referrals this way. To be able to connect with you first, then later to connect with your friends, family, and co-workers is the most satisfying reward.

Kim from start to finish was an absolute pleasure to work with, but before that, it’s important to share how we found her. When we bought our first condo with another agent, Kim was the listing agent. We were so impressed with her then that my wife and I saved her info for when we would enter the home-buying process again. Fast forward 2 years later, and it was the time again. We reached out to Kim, and just from the questions she was asking us, we knew we were in good hands. From the process of putting our first home up for sale to backing out of an offer due to issues during inspection and then ultimately finding our dream home, Kim was amazing. She keeps you informed every step of the way, is always available for questions, and is a master negotiator during the entire process. She ensured we got the best offer possible on our old home and also helped us find our dream home that was beyond our expectations. She made one of the most stressful things in life feel much easier to handle, and this all being during the holiday season. For anyone looking to buy or sell your home, you won’t find anyone better than Kim. Thank you again Kim and you’re always welcome to have some lemons! Best, Conner and Valerie

Alchemy Properties - what an apt name, as my time with Kim was pure magic. We had a hard sale, because it was my mom’s house of 30 years and the center of our family life. Every good thing happened there. But she passed and her wishes were to sell the house and the proceeds given to her children. I’m in the real estate business and work with a great guy who found Kim for me. He’s a broker, like Kim, and as a favor, and unbeknownst to me, searched for someone to help me, as if he were looking for someone himself. So, it was another professional that steered me to Kim. Doing due diligence, I interviewed 4 of the top agents in the area. I thought I already knew who would represent us because there was someone else, a team, that was tops in our specific area and leaders in our specific market. However, after Kim left the meeting, I practically jumped out of my chair; “She’s the one!” Next was the couple I thought would get it, and they were strong. But they wanted to paint, and stage, and this and that, when I had already staged it before I started interviewing. Kim responded to everything special about the house and lush gardens; everything beautiful and already in place. She saw what my mom had created and how that beauty, I hoped, was shinning through. She liked it just how it was, save for a little more clearing of surfaces. (Do what a pro says.) Most of all, Kim reminded me of my mom; a woman who’s beauty was beside the point, it was her intelligence, professionalism, humor and kindness that defined her. I watched her interact with prospective buyers, everyone really, and she related equally well to women as men. She listens. She brought up things I’d told her I forgot I’d even said. She is deeply empathetic. She is quiet and observant and respectful. She’s also funny. She did excellent marketing and we had an open house for just one weekend. I didn’t want a lot of strangers going through the house. It was mobbed. We got 6 strong offers, all over asking by the end. That’s when the phrase, “Iron fist in a velvet glove” came to mind. Her years of experience and keen negotiation skills came front and center. It was amazing to watch her. She always asked for my input, but I deferred to her every time. I think by the end she was used to me answering, “Whatever YOU think,” because she was masterful. During the initial interview, she interviewed me too. She asked what I wanted. I said a strong deal, solid, but also, important to me; I want someone to inhabit that house that would love it more and more every day they lived their lives there. I wanted someone who appreciated the rare gem that is was. Magically, that’s exactly what I got. Kim was a healer, helping me get through the whole process, fraught with emotional pitfalls, didn’t let me fall apart, and guided us through to the other side, thankful, bittersweet of course, but knowing undoubtedly, that no one could have done better, nor been more perfect.

We had a great experience with Kim when we bought our home, so when it came time for sell, the choice to work with her again was easy! Kim made the process of selling our home as hassle- and stress-free as possible. We left the state before we sold, and in our absence Kim handled all logistics, kept constant communication lines open so we knew what was going on, and gave us solid answers and advice any time we had questions. We valued her subject matter expertise, how she advocated for us, and how approachable she was. Thank you for everything, Kim!!

I’ve said this many times to Kim during my first home buying experience and she is simply the best. She is so patient and understanding. I’m the type who will read documents line by line and she was so attentive and helpful answering and explaining my endless questions. I dealt with some personal challenges and hardships while in escrow and Kim was always a calm and reassuring supporter in my corner. I am a single woman purchasing my first home while still fairly new to the area and I honestly don’t know if I would’ve been able to have such a successful experience had I not had Kim in my corner. I had a number of my friends join me during some of the milestones of the closing process and they have all said they want to be Kim’s future client when they are ready to make a home purchase.

Kim went above and beyond to get me the best price for my house. she was thorough, imaginative and very easy to work with! The marketing she provided I really think helped to get my house into a bidding war ! the photos and the brochure were top-notch . she was very responsive. The timeline was exactly what she said in the beginning. they were no surprises. Her transaction coordinator had to do a lot of extra communication with the buyers side and she handled it professionally and patiently! I would recommend her highly to everyone. She’s the only real estate agent/broker I will use for the rest of my life and for all of my family members.
